My friend met her husband online 7 years ago when online dating was something you didn’t admit to. You both collaborated before hand to figure out a good story where you met. Let’s just say we met in the city.

Online dating still has it’s pessimists and nonbelievers but, I’m here to say that it does in fact work. Think about it. How can it not work. It is a portal to meet people. People that you would never in a million years run into in your everyday walk of life. It is all in the approach. Go slow and really learn about someone. If it is going to be the real deal then you can wait. You can both wait. If you go to fast then you ruin the chances that it can work out.

It is ok to have expectations. Just don’t let them rule your mind or your decisions. If you feel you should wait – then wait. If you feel that waiting may lead to the end – let it end, it wasn’t worth it.
